If you believe that content hosted on DoodStream infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice that includes:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including URL)
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Response Time: We typically respond within 24-48 hours

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringer Policy
DoodStream has a policy of terminating accounts of repeat infringers.
- First violation: Warning and content removal
- Second violation: Temporary account suspension
- Third violation: Permanent account termination
User Responsibilities
Do Upload
- Original content you created
- Content you have permission to use
- Content in the public domain
- Fair use content (with proper attribution)
Don't Upload
- Copyrighted movies or TV shows
- Music videos without permission
- Software or games
- Any content you don't own rights to
